Hi-Res Avengers 4 Art Reveals Closer Looks at Hulk Suit & Captain Marvel

High resolution Avengers 4 promo art has now surfaced online, providing the best looks yet at several of the returning heroes. Marvel Studios shattered the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Avengers: Infinity War thanks to Thanos’ snap wiping out half of the universe’s population. The aftermath of the event left only a few heroes standing, and it will be up to them to save the day in Avengers 4.

All six of the original Avengers – Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye – survived to seek vengeance one more time, while Rocket Raccoon, Nebula, Captain Marvel, and Ant-Man are also set to have major roles. These 10 years were the only ones to be featured in the first bit of concept art for Avengers 4 that leaked earlier this year. Although the team shot has not yet surfaced, close-up looks at some of the individual designs (and some alternative ones) have since also made their way online. Now, some single character pieces have leaked in glorious HD to really shed some light on new character details.

MCU Cosmic discovered someone recently uploaded a bunch of Avengers 4 promo art to the MCU Wiki. Not every character received individual pieces of art at this point, but some major ones (that have major new looks) have. Captain America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), and Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) each received close up HD images. Check them out below:

The most notable of the looks continue to be Hulk, Captain America, and Captain Marvel. This HD image provides a clear look at Hulk’s new suit, which should only further fuel speculation that Bruce Banner and Hulk have set aside their differences (which were clear in Infinity War) to become Professor Hulk. Meanwhile, Captain America’s chainmail suit and clean-shaven face points to a more traditional portrayal of the character after essentially being Nomad in Infinity War. Captain Marvel’s suit matches up with the new look Brie Larson sported in some of the first images for Captain Marvel, but how she goes from the Starforce green suit to these colorful threads remains to be seen. It is also worth noting that Iron Man is still rocking his Bleeding Edge Mark L armor, so Tony may not have had too much time to tinker.

Even though these images are the only ones to emerge so far, the rest of the character designs could soon leak as well. Leaks are the only source of information on Avengers 4 right now, too, with reshoots currently going on – and Cap, Ant-Man, and Black Widow have already been spotted. With a trailer not coming until later this year, promo and set leaks may be all fans have to tide themselves over with until Marvel decides to properly launch Avengers 4‘s marketing campaign.

Call of Duty’s Blackout Battle Royale Gameplay Reveal Looks Really Impressive

Treyarch has finally revealed a gameplay video for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s highly anticipated new Battle Royale game mode, Blackout. Back when the game was announced earlier this year, many fans were skeptical of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 due to its complete removal of any sort of campaign mode. This was alleviated somewhat when a new Battle Royale game mode, Blackout, was announced to take its place.

Obviously done in an effort to compete with extremely popular Battle Royale games like Fortnite and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Treyarch’s Blackout mode will mark the Call of Duty series’ first foray into combat on such a large scale (the upcoming beta for Blackout will support up to 80 players at a time). Still, with how much is known about the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 game mode, there still hasn’t been much in the way of actual gameplay footage released by Activision or Treyarch. That is, until now.

Treyarch has officially released a gameplay video (available above) finally detailing exactly what Blackout will look like on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. The trailer, which runs just over two minutes, packs in quite a lot of information, including footage of the vehicles available in the mode, squad-based combat and even zombies. Treyarch also released an image of the official map for Blackout, which is the largest map ever for a Call of Duty title and can be viewed below.

Now that more is known about Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout mode, it’s easy to say that Treyarch’s idea of a Battle Royale is starting to look impressive. The fast-paced combat that all Call of Duty games are widely known for is obviously priority one for the developer, an impressive feat considering the slower pace of most Battle Royale match types. Perhaps more impressive, it seems Treyarch is using Call of Duty’s past to influence Blackout right down to the development of its map, which is basically a mashup of previous multiplayer maps combined into one large map.

Also worth noting is the inclusion of zombies, though it’s unclear how they’ll be implemented naturally into Blackout. One option, assuming the match type follows other Battle Royale games, is to use the often recurring Call of Duty antagonists as a consequence for not keeping inside of the ever-shrinking circled safe zone. Again, this is just a possible option, though fans will certainly find out shortly when the beta drops. Either way, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout mode is shaping up to be a nice addition to the Call of Duty franchise and could help the series compete with the likes of Fortnite and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.

REVEALED: Make-up secrets behind the looks of Ranveer Singh in Padmaavat and Rishi Kapoor in Mulk

REVEALED: Make-up secrets behind the looks of Ranveer Singh in Padmaavat and Rishi Kapoor in Mulk

This year has been a great one for National Award-winning make-up, hair and prosthetic designer Preetisheel Singh. She started the year with the blockbuster success of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat, where she created the looks for Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. The film received rave reviews, and the media went ga-ga especially over Ranveer’s look of the evil ruler Alauddin Khilji.

And just as the dust had settled over this controversial epic drama, came the touching and endearing looks of Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor, which Preetisheel curated for Umesh Shukla’s runaway hit 102 Not Out.

But it was this month that the makeover wiz had her hattrick clincher with Anubhav Sinha’s Mulk; a gripping take on Muslim patriotism in a Hindu-majority India. The film has not only made an indelible mark at the box-office, but has managed to effectively send out a fabulous and strong message of equality and brotherhood.

“This year has truly been a rollercoaster ride for me. Not only am I proud of having designed memorable looks for such lovely films, but am elated that our filmmakers are finally giving a lot of credence to make-up and prosthetic work in Bollywood,” beams Preetisheel, adding, “This is just the beginning.”

True that! Its undoubtedly a great time for the profession! And the talented lady’s career is going ahead full steam with new projects too. Preetisheel’s repertoire includes movies such as Housefull 3, Mom, the Tamil film 24, Brothers, Rangoon, Parched, Shivaay, Talwar, House Next Door, Haider, Ghayal Once Again, Finding Fanny, Hawaizaada as well as the pre-Mughal historical epic Nanak Shah Fakir, for which she won the ‘National Film Award for Best Makeup’.

Coming up next are more innovative looks she is designing for films like the Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer Thackeray, Atharvaa-starrer Boomerang, Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer Andhadhun and John Abraham-starrer Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW), in which the actor is reported to sport 18 different looks.
